Yoga helps your body become more flexible, relaxed and can help to eliminate aches and pains.

We practice Iyengar, a form of Hatha Yoga that develops strength, mobility and stability through poses and breath control. Progress is achieved at one’s own pace as you move from simple to more complex poses in order to develop your mind, body and spirit step-by-step.
