Helen Pufahl, Trainer & Owner

Helen’s love of fitness began at an early age.  She practiced dance, gymnastics as well as track and field. She’s an Exercise Physiologist with 35 over years’ experience. She is also a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, nutrition consultant and Senior fitness specialist. 

Helen see’s exercise as an important element in the prevention and treatment of disease. She takes training to an advanced level by conducting and interpreting physical fitness assessments and developing exercise prescriptions for people who are healthy or have medically controlled diseases. She enjoys motivating people so they can achieve their personal goals and improve their overall quality of life.

It was with this passion for helping each of her clients in a unique way that was the foundation for forming Unique Health & Fitness in 2001.

George Bein

George has been a AFAA certified personal trainer since 2007. He likes to combine strength training with endurance and stamina training. He strives to help his clients each achieve their goals and help them accomplish things they hadn’t thought possible. George makes the workout challenging, but enjoyable by adding his great sense of humor; with Georgie, you’ll be sure want to come back for your next session. Personally, George enjoys mountain climbing, camping, skiing, biking as well as hiking.

Allison Murray

Alison Murray

Alison has been an AFAA-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2005. Her love of fitness initially stemmed from a desire to challenge herself physically but developed into much more once she recognized the mind/body connection.

Exercise became a healthy way to manage the stresses of life. Her love for coaching inspired her to open her own spin studio, which she owned and operated for six years. Alison’s personal struggles as someone living with Multiple Sclerosis have given her the ability to motivate her clients through a true belief that “anyone can do it” if they’re willing to put in the work and have the desire to make it happen.

Tina Graziose

Tina is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with over 30 years of experience teaching, coaching, and inspiring others to be the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of themselves. She is a nationally certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Healthy Lifestyle Coach. She aims to provide a welcoming but motivating environment where individuals of all ages can enjoy the physical and psychological benefits of a fit and active lifestyle. Tina delivers safe and effective training so that the body works smarter, not harder. 

Tina finds happiness and joy in fitness, fun, and family.  She loves a good workout, traveling to new places, and spending time with her precious family.

Lauren Pufahl

Lauren Pufahl is a NASM-certified personal trainer and Power Pilates certified mat instructor. Lauren’s fitness journey began after the birth of her first child when she wanted to find workouts that maximize results in short pockets of time. She specializes in programs that burn calories while building lean muscle. Lauren particularly loves Pilates because it targets the core and glutes - two areas most clients want to improve.

Lauren is also an excellent resource on diet and nutrition after spending years as a health-focused personal chef. When she’s not running around after her dog and children, Lauren enjoys tennis, cooking, and walks at Caumsett.

Carmela D’Angelis

Carmela has a lifelong passion for physical fitness. She has been a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 30 years.  Whether it’s working with men or women, an athlete, the elderly, or someone with a physical disability, Carmela‘s philosophy is commitment, program diversity, diet, and nutrition, with moderation as the key.

Carmela loves coaching and watching her clients reach their health and wellness goals. With a background in formal dance, she incorporates graceful movement with personalized routines that deliver results.
